Once you have received your quote and are ready to move forward, please follow these steps to finalize your project booking:
Request Your Legal Contract: Notify our team that you are ready to proceed, and we will send a comprehensive legal contract via DocuSign for your review and signature
Review & Sign: Your contract provides a clear roadmap for your renovation covering the scope of work, liability, with project milestones so that everyone is on the same page before your project begins
Submit Your Initial Deposit: Your project start date is officially secured once the signed agreement is returned and the initial deposit is received

To provide total transparency throughout your renovation, our team follows a structured payment schedule:
Deposit: Due to secure start date along with signed formal agreement
Mid-Project Payment: Due when upon partial completion (approximately 50%) of the scope of work
Final Payment: Due upon substantial completion of the work
Note: Percentage breakdowns may vary based on specific project needs and will be communicated clearly upon hiring. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice and are non-refundable.

Currently, our team accepts: Cash, E-Transfer (payable to: Houlden.Homes@outlook.com), and select Credit Cards. Please note: a service fee of 2.4% applies to all Credit Card transactions.Referred Trades
If applicable, referred trades (such as plumbers, electricians, etc.) will coordinate payment directly under their own independent business. Please note: all referred trades are solely responsible and liable for the work they are hired to perform. -

Securing Your Date
Once you approve your quote, our team will send a legal contract via DocuSign. Your project start date is officially secured once this document is signed and the initial deposit is received.Billing & Invoices
Specific payment milestones and terms are clearly outlined in your legal contract. Invoices for the project and any requested add-ons are sent throughout the duration of the work. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice and are non-refundable. -
