From a young age, Patrick has always enjoyed working with his hands to complete renovations and repairs; his passion for the trades coupled with his business background led him to create Houlden Homes, a family business.
Years of industry experience coupled with out of the box problem solving, Patrick offers strong communication with a professional touch. From quotes to construction, to project management, accounting, customer relations and day to day operations behind the scenes, this busy husband and father strives to lead by example when growing his family business to foster trust in trades and to do things differently from what’s being done.
Honesty, transparency and integrity are key components to who Patrick is and this translates into how he operates Houlden Homes; treating his customers homes like his own with the level of care and respect he brings to each job.

Admin Executive with a creative touch, Melissa tackles everything from branding to marketing, to scheduling and customer relations. Melissa brings her high-level administrative experience to Houlden Homes prioritizing client needs with timely, professional communication to all.
The ying to Patrick’s yang, this busy mother assists Houlden Homes behind the scenes and mirrors his desire to run an honest, transparent family business with integrity.
Barry, the Helping Hand
Retired Public Servant turned Houlden Homes support, Barry goes above and beyond working with customers to help bring their vision to life. From meticulously assembling materials lists, to coordinating trade referrals and answering customer inquiries as they arise, Barry strives to provide a high level of customer satisfaction for each and every homeowner he meets.
When he is not busy helping to support our growing family business, Barry likes to unwind by spending time with his wife and Grandchild.
Jayme of Project Professionals is Patrick’s right hand man as the duo work together to tackle most Houlden Homes jobs. Having grown up assisting his Father on construction sites throughout North America, Jayme is our seasoned vet that knows just about everything when it comes to renovations. As projects often pose new challenges, Jayme is a master of finding creative solutions ensuring each renovation is done just right, all while bringing a positive energy to the crew. A strong communicator, Jayme works with Patrick to ensure customer needs are met, that high quality work is achieved, and welcomes questions along the way.
This busy father of four is a family man through in through; our family holiday parties often look like a Houlden Homes team meeting, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
